This mountain hideaway is a stone's throw from all of Tahoe's best adventures. Recently updated and featuring comfortable accommodation for 8, this 4BR home has a beautifully landscaped backyard offering gravel pathways, fairy lights, lounges, and a deck — just 6 miles from Heavenly Resort and 5.5 miles to the shores of Lake Tahoe. Trailheads to Tahoe's extensive network of hiking and biking adventures are just steps away.
This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 8. It cannot host more than 8 people, children included. This applies 24/7.
The upstairs open-concept great room is the ultimate gathering place, seamlessly connecting the main living area, dining area, and kitchen. Gather everyone around the warm stone fireplace in the living room. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with everything you'll need. Dining table for 6, plus 4 additional seats at the kitchen counter.
The Primary bedroom is upstairs with a king bed, 55" Smart TV, large windows, and a private entrance to the upstairs bathroom featuring a jetted tub and stand-alone shower. Downstairs, three bedrooms each have queen beds. Bedroom 2 has a sliding glass door to the backyard.
This home does not have air conditioning.

The Grand Cabin Paradise rental lives up to its name! From our first interaction until checkout, the host was informative, friendly, and delivered everything as promised and more. The cabin is spacious and well equipped, with comfortable furnishings, beautiful living and sleeping areas, nice amenities, and modern touches while keeping the woodsy feel with the lovely gas burning fireplace and retro decor. Convenient to town and skiing, but away from main roads and traffic, it has a neighborhood feel. Since it is located a few roads in, having a 4WD vehicle is essential if conditions include heavy snow or ice. Keeping in mind the cleaning crew needs time to prep the home for guests, even an hour earlier/later for check-in/check-out would be nice, especially to accommodate the host’s reasonable and minimal requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and appreciated the extra touches, nice bath products, generous towels, enough seating for all in the living room and dining area, the games cupboard, and if we had little ones, they would have enjoyed the snow saucers in the garage! Highly recommend this lovely property and this responsive, trustworthy host!

We came to Tahoe for a wedding and needed a place for our family and a few relatives. This home was very clean, had a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for all. The neighborhood was quiet and so beautiful. We would definitely stay again.
