Built in microwave and convection oven with air fryer. Large Eternal Marquina Quartz kitchen Island, 10 Mins to Universal Studios and Universal City Walk. Quiet Area close to North Hollywood Red Line Station connecting you to Hollywood Blvd Walk of Fame and the Wax Museum. 20 Mins to DTLA and LA Live. This single family home has two floors. The upper level is where you’ll find the living area kitchen, laundry room and the master suite. The lower level is the Brown Room. There is a queen size bed, and a leather sectional with a pull out sofa bed. This room also has a large Samsung flatscreen TV and ceiling fan. The bathroom is beautifully done with a marble window sill and stand up shower.

Overall, this Vrbo was in a convenient location and worked well for our trip. It’s very close to Universal Studios Hollywood and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, which made things easy.The home had thoughtful touches that I appreciated, like phone chargers, basic toiletries in case you forgot anything, and amenities such as a coffee maker/tea setup. I also liked that I was able to cast from my phone to the TV to watch my own shows.A few things to note: the property is near the airport and under a flight path, so there were loud commercial planes flying overhead early in the morning. Cleanliness was average. I noticed hair in multiple areas including the couches, bathrooms, towels, and bedding. The beds were also on the firmer side, so something to keep in mind if you’re a side sleeper or prefer a softer mattress.The checkout instructions also caught me a little off guard, as guests were asked to load the dishwasher, strip the beds, gather used towels, and take out the trash.Overall, it was a decent stay for the location and convenience, but there are a few things future guests may want to be aware of before booking.

This was a great spot. It was clean and perfect for a couple of nights. Property manager responded when we reached out. It was very well stocked

This place was beautiful and very modern which I loved. Hugh was very punctual and communicated very well if we had questions. The only negative which I would point out but not ding them on was the parking situation was a little tight and the check out wasn’t very clear. There is a place card on the counter that gives instructions and once we were back home realized the check out instructions on email were more descriptive, so I would have been more thorough upon check out. All in all this property was beautiful and a hidden gem!
