Our family had a wonderful time staying here during our Catalina trip. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had every amenity we could’ve asked for. The view was gorgeous, and having the golf cart included made exploring the island so convenient. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Catalina!

Perfect little weekend getaway spot. Property was slightly dated and the shower head only worked if we held a button down; however these small items wouldn’t prevent us from wanting to rent the property again

Wonderful stay! The gate guard, Frank, was exceptionally rude and unprofessional though. Overall, a great stay.

This is a nice quiet place to stay and enjoy the evening stars at night. They said that there were stairs to go down to the condo, but they didn't tell us about the 48 steps up from the golf cart
The unit itself was just ok, the outdoor furniture is in sad condition with chair pads that are stained and worn out. The railings were full of bird droppings and the patio deck around the table was in need of a good washing. The inside of the unit shows it's age and not much pride in ownership. We will be looking for a different place to rent for next year.
