Unusual and very cosy little house. Well equipped kitchen and great coffee! Comfortable beds. Nicolas was very easy to communicate with and very flexible when we needed to move the date - thank you.
Some parts of the house were a little dusty, and it would have been nice to have a welcome note, instructions, where to park and the permit more obvious, as well as clearer what we could use (e.g food in the cupboards, a welcome bottle of wine/basic ingredients..but actually there was lots in the cupboards but could we use or not?)
But overall we had a great time, very relaxed and would recommend as a great spot to explore Edam and the area. Thank you

We had our wonderful time at Nicholas home in Edam. The home was well equipped to make meals from home, everything was comfortable, and the neighborhood was exceptionally beautiful. It was close to the bus station, which allowed us to go to Amsterdam easily. Nicholas is a very nice and kind host and was a great communicator. We would highly recommend this accommodation.
