The fully stocked kitchen, upscale finishes, high ceilings and comfortable beds will make you feel right at home! Complete with a huge private backyard and one car garage...it is perfect for a weekend getaway or a long stay!

The property is 100% fenced in with a gated driveway for security. The driveway is shared with another home but the backyard is completely private. Brand new single family home built in February of 2022

Surrounded by trees...you will forget that you are so close to downtown. Downtown is a short drive away with a route that avoids most of the traffic. Ladybird lake, many restaurants and stores...including Walgreens, Starbucks and the best tacos in Austin...are a short walk away.
Getting Around:
One car garage on the property. Very Easy to get an Uber downtown…only a 10 min ride.
Interaction with Guests:
I am local and available by phone any time for questions, problems or recommendations.

House is in a nice, quite neighborhood conveniently located to South Congress and Palmer Events center. The fenced yard and greenery made it feel like a calm refuge. Perfect for my husband, myself, and a friend.

Jonathan was a great host and his place was perfect for 5 of us. The location is perfect to get to downtown or south Congress. Jonathan was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay and the house had everything we needed. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Austin area.
