There is are reasons Nicole is a premier host. The property description was very accurate, communication was prompt and professional, the property was very clean and welcoming, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The game room with pool table and shuffleboard game provided both friendly competition and relaxation after a day of sightseeing. Nicole was very considerate of special circumstances which was sincerely appreciated. All of us were very pleased, thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and highly recommend this property. We would definitely book again when visiting Fredricksburg.

Beautiful clean home. Lots of entertaining space from the fire pit, hot tub and pool table. It was great having 3 en-suites plus an additional half bath. I look forward to staying there again.
