This charming 35 m² apartment in Montluçon can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, single sofa bed (190x97.5)...
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and dishwasher
- Office area
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) with storage space.
The apartment is ideally located in Montluçon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities :
Montluçon is an ancient medieval city. A tour of the city takes in a number of historic monuments, including the Château des Ducs de Bourbon. Numerous cycle paths allow you to discover the Allier, notably along the banks of the Canal du Berry. The Cher River flows through Montluçon, making it ideal for water sports. Several farms are also open to visitors. The Allier is a natural area for hiking, climbing, water sports, horse riding and golf. Montluçon is also very close (15 min by car) to the spa town of Néris-les-Bains.

- Nearest train station: Montluçon SNCF station, 5 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne airport is 1h11mn away by car.
