Occurring a privilege position in the quiet rural hamlet of Paliolinos , overlooking the Island of Dias and with amazing sunset views , the Zeys Exclusive Villas with their beautiful stone façades, reflecting a peaceful setting, and their modern-minimal soul, are an ideal summer retreat for large families and parties favoring serenity, sophisticated living and high-end design..
Set on a privileged plot of land that allows for magnificent views over the Island of Dias, Villa Hrea is a stylish three bedroom villa that belongs to the Collection of Zeus Exclusive Villas . Taking inspiration from the landscape's contradictions, the structure is a handsome blend of tradition and refined. The dwelling's brilliant exterior is covered in stone, making it seem like it has emerged out of its setting. The terrace with comfortable lounging/ dining spots, an open-air kitchen and a gorgeous infinity pool, is set oriented toward the seascape
Under the traditional exterior are contemporary living areas meticulously designed to convey a sense of sophistication and relaxation at the same time. A few wooden and wicker details node to the house's natural surroundings. All around the house, windows and glass doors are used to connect the interior to the terraces and offer different views of the setting. The house comprises three levels; the ground level features a light-filled living room, a fully equipped kitchen while the bedrooms are located at the lower level and upper level
