Built in 2004, this gorgeous 3BR, 2.5BA has beautiful, quality upgrades throughout. Definitely a 5 star home and host! Brett’s home was extremely clean, open & perfectly furnished (perfect amount of furnishings and kitchen utensils). The quiet, walkable, & safe neighborhood was just down the road to the bicycle trails and very close to stores, numerous activities, restaurants and beaches. We spent many mornings drinking coffee on the shaded back porch. Brett was probably the best communicator we have ever had & we have stayed in many VRBOs. His home is one of the nicest we have wintered in and we would most definitely return again!

The owner was very helpful in all aspects of our stay, from beginning to rental process through departure. Brett was very kind and attentive to our concerns. He was very open to our communications. We had a very great and relaxing time. The location placed us close to many of the attractions of the area.

Brett is a great property manager and good communicator. Responses quickly with any inquiry. Property location is very convenient close to downtown and beaches.

Very convenient location right off I-275, close to gulf beaches, Fort DeSoto, downtown St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater—-all the area’s attractions. The house was very nice and comfortable for a larger family or for accommodating guests. The full-sized washer and dryer was an added bonus which made trips to the beach an easy clean up. The homeowner was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We truly enjoyed our stay.
