PET POLICY
We welcome dogs as pets with a limit of two pets per stay. There's an additional non-refundable fee of $100 per pet for the duration of your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire house with complete privacy. Please be mindful of noise levels so we can be considerate to our neighbors :)
There is ample street parking as well as designated garage parking. Please do not park or block the neighbors driveway/garage.

We will be available during working hours via text/phone during your stay for any questions or needs, and after hours for emergency questions, but will otherwise respect your privacy!

- Minimum Age 25 years
- Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is by 10 am.
- Quiet Hours: 10pm- 7am
- Agree to House rules: It is assumed by confirming a reservation that the house rules have been read and acknowledged.
-We collect 3% resort tax for the City of Whitefish, if not collected by the booking platform for each booking prior to check in.

Excessive Trash: The cleaning fee covers normal household waste only. Excessive trash (including extra bags that exceed bin capacity, party/event waste, bulk items, or any garbage requiring additional disposal trips) will incur an additional waste removal fee based on the actual cost of disposal. If a third-party trash removal service is required, a minimum of $150 service fee will apply. An invoice will always be provided for any third-party waste removal service.
