Warm and well appointed, the accommodation includes:
- a room with a double bed ;
- a shower room ;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining area ;
- and a living room with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, Television, Iron.
The accommodation is located above the subway. Some travelers have reported being disturbed by noise and vibrations. For light sleepers, we recommend bringing earplugs.
You will appreciate its practicality and its location in a dynamic area with bars and restaurants in the vicinity.
The apartment is located near the subway line 12.
You will find a supermarket "Carrefour Market" at 5 minutes of walk for your small daily purchases.

The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.

Line 12: Lamarck - Caulaincourt station: at the foot of the building.
- Bus :
Lines 40 and 80: Lamarck - Caulaincourt Station: 2 minutes walk.
- From the Gare du Nord : 10 minutes by subway.
- From Paris-Le Bourget Airport: 25 minutes by car.
