Two-bedroom and one-bathroom apartment located in the centre of Barcelona, in the right Eixample neighbourhood, very close to the city's main attractions.
It has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
This apartment has been completely renovated in an elegant and tasteful style to perfectly combine comfort with interior design.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, a dining area equipped with chairs and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher and washing machine.
The main bedroom features a double bed and spacious wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The elegant bathroom, complete with a shower cabin, provides towels for use upon your arrival at the apartment.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, a public car park is located approximately 150 metres from the apartment.
The photographs shown of this apartment are a selection from various apartments in the same building. Apartments may vary in terms of decoration and layout of spaces, type of bathroom, but they all have the same style. Upon arrival, a specific apartment will be assigned.
No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed.
The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. The rate in force at the time of the stay will be applied, per adult and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights.
Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your entry is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00.
Entries from 21:00h onwards are made in person at the apartments and have an extra cost of £30

Easy check-in with the digital key and easy check outEasy to communicate with host through whatsappAll details provided clearlyLocation of apartment is great. Easy access to many different areas by walking or if you prefer taxi.Apartment is big and spacious. It was clean. Air conditioning in each room which is great.The only thing i think that needs abit of an update is the bathroom. Shower door does not close completely and window frame in shower is affected by the water.
