The condo was in excellent condition and offers a breath taking view of the beach and the ocean. The check in process was very easy, the accommodations were clean, and everything was perfect except for the fact that some construction was done on every day of our stay (which is certainly not controlled by the Host). It was being done either on the floor above us or in the condo next door. I don't know when it is scheduled to be completed so be sure to ask.

The beach view was beautiful!! Loved the location to also see the city view from the 16th floor. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes which we appreciated it so much!! The bed was very comfortable and the condo is completely decorated in a beach theme. We definitely recommend anyone to stay in this condo! The only drawback was the construction going on which was still going on our floor and a lot on the outside.

The property was not as I expected from viewing online. Had some issues with the television in the bedroom and could not get any help from maintenance after reporting to the front desk that the water was not hot but less than lukewarm.
