-While this home is not pet friendly, the owner has family with pets that every so often come up to the house. Those with severe pet allergies should be aware.
-Important, this property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
-Additional Fees include cleaning fee, administration fee, and local Transient Occupancy Tax.
-Check out is 10am.
-Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time.

The space was mostly nice and looked like the pictures. But there was dog hair everywhere, which was quite disgusting. The hair COVERED the bed sheets and was all over the bath towels. Communication with the hosts was just okay, sometimes hard to get ahold of and didn't always address all our issues (i.e. getting a new propane tank when we needed it). Wasn't a terrible stay, but would likely look somewhere else next time.
