The cottage has a relaxing lakefront view, with a well equipped spacious kitchen, with an island countertop in the middle. The light colour tones of the cottage, the number of rooms and amenities were very comfortable for our group of seven family members. Even the drinkwares had sayings and quotes that gave a homely and relaxing feel. The cottage was ready for use when we checked in and checkout was as simple as closing the front door which is code controlled. Our host communicated with us through Expedia’s messaging platform, which gave us direct access for any questions and privacy at the same time. We would definitely choose this property as an option if visiting the area again.

Overall, we had a terrific time at the house. There are a few things that really need addressing before you would reach an excellent rating. The outside of the building facing the lake is in a terrible state, it needs a complete freshening up including repairs to the deck surface. A proper and safer way to access the beach would also be very welcome. We were unable to light the gas BBQ, we could smell the gas but it would not ignite. The striker mechanism did not work at all. Inside, the shower in the master bathroom could not be turned on, just the tub. The controls on the gas stove in the kitchen were difficult to use and very imprecise. The oven took a long time to heat up. You have a terrific place there but it needs to have some updating and some cosmetic work done before I would consider renting again. Thanks for the opportunity to provide my comments.

Great lake front property. Quiet area. Lovely large house. Kitchen Island great for entertaining. A must stay location, if looking for a nice relaxing place to stay.

I have given a strong rating to this orooerty as it was very comfortable for 5 couples who were in the area for a wedding.
