We thoroughly enjoyed this house with our family of five. The house was very clean with an excellent layout for family activity. The house was comfortable and well maintained and minor issues were addressed quickly by the property manager. We especially appreciated the ability to use the dock for a multi day boat rental- the proximity to the river made for a quick trip over to Sanibel and the other islands. My only feedback to the host would be that the pool could really use a thorough cleaning. The filter did not seem to do a very good job and there was a lot of bugs in the water even after the pool guy came to clean it. Aside from that, everything was amazing and we would happily stay here again in the future.

Loved the area. The house with a heated pool and fishing dock was perfect for our family get away. Minor house details werent working properly and some things were addressed with the property manager. Overall our complaints were directed at things that broke/were already broke during our stay which were addressed so we would definitely stay there again.

We brought the family to Cape Coral again. We have been renting houses here for many years and this house was nice and clean. The pool, was cold when we got there but warmed up to a nice toasty temp. We also rented a boat that we docked at the house which worked really well. The house is located really close to the river with 0 bridges between the house and the river itself. We had a very good relationship and communication with the management company whenever we needed to address any minor issues.
