The home’s interior offers a very elegant and cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, two TCL SmartTV with Roku System, dining table, a working space with a table and three (3) Air Conditioning Systems that covers common areas and every bedroom, so you’ll have all the necessary comforts of home. Salinas House is located in the south side of Puerto Rico near beautiful beaches, famous restaurants, important cities and walking distance from the Mojo Culinary Fest every month. We welcome people from all backgrounds to relax and enjoy life in our beautiful house in Salinas, Puerto Rico.
Located just 45 minutes away from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, Salinas House is located in a quiet area walking distance from "Plaza Las Delicias" were Salinas great cultural history takes place and were residents gather around everyday. Parking spaces are available in the street, in front of the house.
Once the reservation is confirmed, Salinas House is just for you and your family to enjoy.

This house is perfectly located. It includes all you need, and more. It really is a peaceful, relaxing space. You can walk to breakfast, or a small bar for a drink. Salinas is adorable. Alfredo is really a super host. He was attentive and provided great recommendations. I will definitely return to Salinas and any of Alfredo’s properties. Thank you Alfredo. My daughter, Mom, and I felt at home and relax in you space.

My wife stayed here with her sister while visiting family that live in the area. This was a great centrally located house in Salinas. Parking in the garage was a bit difficult because of the traffic on the street but curbside parking was available across the street which they used. Overall great house would definitely consider returning.

I liked the place but not completely because there was no complete cleaning and the armchairs in the living room were completely worn out.
