A short drive will take you to exciting destinations such as Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. Additionally, you'll find many of the area's beloved attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping venues within a short drive's reach.
Getting Around:
You'll find easy access to the airport, as well as convenient transportation options such as taxis, Uber, and rental cars.
Other Things to Note:
NOTE: Beach Pest Service performs routine pest control in the building on the first Thursday of every month and guests must allow access to the unit.
Please note that this is a non-smoking room, and it's a privately owned condo, not a hotel room. We kindly request that you treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own home. The room was clean and as described. The parking was efficient. Our host, Julie was very responsive to most of our questions and requests. The only real issue we had during our stay was not having control of the air conditioning thermostat in the room. We were in the B unit and our stay was four nights. The first two nights were comfortable as far as the room temperature, but the adjoining room had occupants on the last two nights and the heat was breathtaking as they set the thermostat to 80 degrees on heat. There was no way to contact anyone or to change the temperature ourselves. My recommendation on that would be to install locking covers over both thermostats set to the same temperature for comfort in both rooms. That part of our stay was miserable as we had a hard time sleeping because it was so hot.

Julie was outstanding with providing necessary information and responding very quickly to any questions. The room was ok. The refrigerator was filled with water on the bottom and had leaked onto the carpet at the end of both beds. It was so wet it never dried. With there being so many floors and so few elevators waiting to get on to get luggage to our room was very long. Parking was easy to use. Ocean view from the room was great!

The room we stayed in needs updated! All carpet is worped and dirty. Best part of the room is the view.
