The Winooski rotary has restaurants, bars/breweries, coffee shops, and walking trails along the Winooksi river. - The house was clean and was as we expected through the pictures. - The communication was good once we were checked in but I did experience some delays when reaching out the week prior to check-in. - The touch pad locks made life easy but I would suggest removing the manual lock on the inside knob to avoid getting locked out. To the renters credit, he was over in minutes to get it unlocked. - An easy way to reduce some of the pitfalls and elimination of questions would be to have an easy to find binder that provides tips on the house (WIFI, locks, laundry, recommended places nearby, etc). - The house is close to downtown Winooski so it was great if we wanted to walk. - Overall it was a nice stay. The dart board and ping pong table in the basement were a nice bonus. - It would be great to have access to a BBQ grill as well.

Great location in close proximity to Burlington and Lake Champlain, and close enough for an easy drive to Stowe. We visited for a fall family trip to explore Vermont, and the location was ideal for that. The house itself was simple and offered plenty of space for our family of five.There was a slight odor when we arrived, but we purchased air fresheners which helped freshen it up. The bathroom could have used a deeper clean, so we picked up some cleaner to tidy it before using the shower. The red blinking traffic lights outside do shine through the window, but pulling the blinds down far enough helped minimize it.Overall, it’s a quaint, comfortable home that worked well for our family stay in Vermont.

House cute but basement not usable water was leaking from furnace and cool. Back room with red coach not usable cold no heat! Area questionable. We usually don’t get the highest cost rentals but this one seemed less quality than most!
