THE ACCOMMODATION
Detached single-storey house with a private heated pool and a large sun terrace surrounded by a beautiful garden with views of the Ajaches mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.
The house has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, private parking, and is fully furnished and equipped for 6 people.
The house has 2 bedrooms: a main bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, double built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a full en-suite bathroom; a bedroom with two beds, bedside table and built-in wardrobe; an office with two beds, bedside table and chest of drawers; and a shared full bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The terrace has a covered area with a porch, dining table and 6 chairs, heated pool, large sun terrace with 6 loungers for sunbathing, a barbecue, and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with artificial lighting, with excellent views of the mountains and the sea, where you can enjoy total privacy.
The kitchen is separate, fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender and toaster) and has a closed and covered laundry room equipped with washing machine, ironing centre and clothesline.
The living room is separate and has a dining table and 6 chairs, sofa and two armchairs, air conditioning, ceiling fan, digital TV, satellite TV and DVD, and also has an indoor garden.
And, if necessary, the villa has a cot and high chair for babies.
The house has an alarm system as an additional safety measure.
THE SURROUNDINGS
The house is located in the sought-after area of Las Coloradas (Urbanización La Granja), very well situated and in a very quiet area with total privacy.
The house has magnificent views of the Los Ajaches mountains and the Atlantic Ocean and is very well located, only 600 metres from the beach of Las Coloradas, from where the promenade that runs along the coast begins and along which you can walk to the centre of the village of Playa Blanca, which is 2,500 metres away.
Likewise, the villa is very close to the beaches of Papagayo (1,500 metres), the Marina Rubicón marina (1,500 metres) and Dorada beach (2,000 metres).
The house is also in a very quiet, private and exclusively residential area (Urbanización La Granja), with no bars or shops nearby that cause noise, and 400 metres from a supermarket where guests can buy everything they need during their stay.
The house has an independent entrance and is completely walled, and on the terrace (where the pool and sun terrace are) you can enjoy magnificent views and total privacy.

We had a great relaxing vacation at Villa Anna. While the villa is not a luxury villa it had everything we needed. And while some of the villa and furnishings are a bit worn and tired I feel that is reflected in the price. The villa was clean and tidy, the patio is dusty from the volcanic dust. There is a Hippo Dino and an Iceland about ten minutes walk away with an Aldi about seven minutes drive. Marina is a nice walk away, about twenty minutes. The villa had a selection of book available in several languages. The neighborhood is quiet. Communication was good with the owner and management.

We found it difficult to locate the property initially (maybe our fault as a lot of info sent through and didn’t read properly) search “Varadero Nauplius” on Waze to get close to it from there is easy. Property had everything needed for a base, nice that pool towels were available for us to use as well as the normal bath/shower towels. Pool smaller than we thought would be but was absolutely fine and we all jumped in at 11pm after a long day traveling. Was cleaned twice during our stay as the wind brings in a lot of debris & dust/sand. The pool loungers could do with a clean as quite stained. The outside area was nice but slippery when wet. The pool ladder could do with fixing better to the concrete as was wobbly and worrying but assured was safe. Nice to have dishwasher & washing machine, the work surface in front of hob is broken so don’t lean on it especially when got heavy pans ect overall we enjoyed our stay. Would have been nice to have some tea, sugar, coffee, milk & water when we arrived late maybe instead of the mini’s in the bathrooms & a welcome pack with info available.

Lovely place with great views. Fairly well equipped but needs a few minor repairs here and there (shutters don’t all close properly). Clean inside and pool too. Maintenance contact responsive and sorted a couple of things- especially as the outside gate was locked on arrival!

An information book would have been good. And Amenities improved. When we arrived we couldn’t entre as the outside gate was lock. So we had to wait for the lady cleaner to come let us in it until 21.40pm. Then there was a sound of water running which turned out to be the broken family bathroom toilet. That could not be fixed for four days. Then still not fixed properly when we left. This meant we had to all share the en suite therefore we as the couple had no privacy. As our (83 year old friend ) uses the toilet three time in the night. Spoiling our holiday. Their wasn’t even a bottle of drinking water left for us on arrival. Or couple off tea bags or coffee as arrived late. We had to rush to the closing shop just made it. The property had no feel of luxury. Where should I start. The patio door shutters were off the roller and broken. It took the two men in the party to open them. It felt like living in a darkened room. It felt there had not been much maintenance. These are issues that the owner seemed to be aware off accordingly to emails received from him. It would have made our stay much easier If these were acted on before our arrival. What a shame it could be shush a nice house
