Road behind the duplex can be noisy. While we were there, there were road works, unfortunately , installing speed bumps. So ear plugs are useful. The wee garden is lovely and private ,but very hot if no breezes. However the adjacent beach is always a bit cooler with a sea breeze. Not a complaint just a fact. LOL

Really lovely property in an excellent location. Quiet but close enough to everything- especially the beach. Would definitely book again.

Great location, convenient for beach and town but quiet as well. Great outside space and comfortable rooms.
