Rent house périgourdine entirely renovated with closed ground and wire of 1800m2.
Very close to the emblematic town of Périgord Noir, "SARLAT" exactly 5kms.
Quiet, comfort and proximity to tourist sites.
Covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Noyeraie with swing and second garden furniture.
House of 110m2 on 2 levels:
On the ground floor you will find:
A kitchen open to living room and dining room (induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher.
A bright living room with sofa, television, wifi ...
A dining room with a six-seater table.
A bathroom with two sinks, walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine.
Two bedrooms with 140 beds.
Upstairs:
A parental room of 30 m2 with dressing, room of bath (shower, basin and TOILET), reads in 160, TV with decoder.
The milling ladder has been replaced by a quarter-turn staircase.
Near shops (200m): bakery, butcher, medical office, hairdresser, bar, restaurant, pharmacy ...
Near bike path (300m), bases of canoes and Dordogne (400m).
Health trail and stream bordering the field.
Animals accepted if they are well educated.

The Gite was exactly as described and all we hoped for. It was spacious, beautifully clean, quiet and very comfortable, both the large downstairs bed we used and the settee (often a failing in Gites, in our extensive experience). The kitchen equipment was high quality and comprehensive. The shower was splendid! We were so grateful that hand soap and washing up liquid were supplied, so often this is not the case and one ends up buying them, only to use a little. The air conditioning was so welcome. Being able to park in the shade next to the house was great, and a real bonus was that we could access the park and stream through a community garden next to the drive so our dog could get her "fix" of swimming and ball throwing a minute from the house! The stream seemed clean, with fish in it and plants. Thank goodness for that as it was 33 degrees all week and the tarmac was too hot for paws most of the day. The village cafe was great, coffee with a croissant from the bakery on our morning walk was ideal. The Logis Hotel did an excellent lunch but only 2 days a week, need to book. The Spar was well stocked, the organic wine shop very reasonable (& served beer on Saturday afternoon)! The Dordogne beach at Caudon was sandy and ideal for dog swimming (although probably too busy in the summer). Several people were swimming too. Thank you to Milène & Yannick for allowing us to stay and for the gift of a bottle of wine.

We had two wonderful weeks in our rented property which was situated within five minutes from excellent restaurants and village shops.
Cassac-Aillac is well placed with many of the iconic beauty-spots within easy driving distance. An extra bonus were the wonderful range of birds we had in the garden. Despite being near to the main village road, it was so peaceful

Good sized and well equipped property. We were 6 Adults and had enough space. Many local areas to explore all within 1/2 hour. Village has a Spar, friendly Bar, Butcher and Boulangerie. Garden well fenced to keep in the dogs as well with plenty of space.

Stunningly clean. Everything you could need and the air conditioning was blissful when needed. Huge secure garden for our dogs and lovely views from the window. Village has restaurants and all essential shops.
