Welcome to Mahana 405! This beautiful oceanfront condo on North Kaanapali beach sleeps 2-4 and features a convenient second bathroom. Enjoy stunning views of the ocean, beach and outer islands! Living room highlights include tile floors, 65` Smart HD TV and large sectional with queen sofa bed. The kitchen has granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and both bathrooms include granite counters with large walk-in showers. This unit also includes a workspace with free Wi-Fi.
House Rules:
1. Club 21 – You must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.
2. Humans Only – Pets are not permitted at this property. Unauthorized pets may be subject to a fine.
3. Thank You for Not Smoking:
a. This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
4. Respect Community Rules:
Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines.
5. Quite Hours 10:00 PM - 8:00AM
6. DAMAGE DEPOSI A $59.00 non-refundable damage waiver is required, please check rental agreement for complete details.

The views were incredible, we loved sitting on the lanai watching the whales. The amenities were above and beyond, nothing was forgotten, and the communication was always prompt and professional. We would highly recommend this unit to family and friends. We will be back soon and extending our stay.

The condo was perfect for us! It had everything we needed. The view off the patio was stunning! It was the perfect place for my morning coffee and to watch the sunset. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet close to restaurants. Duke’s is a short walk away. This was our first time in Hawaii celebrating our 25th anniversary. We hope to stay here again soon! Mahalo!

We were thrilled with the condo! It was immaculate, the views were outstanding, and everything we could possibly need was provided. All of the extra touches were just really thoughtful...toiletries provided, gift basket with snacks, kitchen drawers and cabinets were labeled...we travel quite. bit and this was by far our favorite accommodation!!!
