One of the best places to stay while in The Villages. Property is close to golf courses, rec centers, pools, and in between two Town centers. Residence was clean and spacious. Wi-Fi is great, air conditioning is equal. I cooked breakfast for my family almost everyday while I enjoyed my coffee from the complimentary Keurig. Our family had an issue getting rid of trash on both trash days during our stay, we didn't get it out early enough so our trash wasn't taken. Could be helpful to have a trash bin and let renters know to put trash out night before.I felt unsure about the checkout process, I checked the site and it said that I just had to be out by a certain time and if there were any instructions for check out that they would be provided by the host. We didn't hear anything. We weren't sure what to do with the Linens and the used towels, some linens are cleaned and the towels were as well.

The house was great. It sat between 2 squares which made getting to the entertainment at the Villages easy. Everything I needed was there including a golf cart. The communication with the owner was easy through email and even had the chance to speak with him on the phone. Great guy. Highly recommend this place and will even be looking to go back.

Great location. Comfy bed

This place is a great deal! 5 minutes away from the family pool. Golf cart is included. Mark is a great host and fast responding to any questions. We were surprised when we learned that Mark replaced the new mattress before we checked in. And it’s super comfortable. I booked this place because I need a room with two twin beds. And it exceeded our expectation with convenient location, comfortable beds, responsive host and everything a family needs. I highly recommend this place.
