Great location with close access to main attractions. Home well maintained and clean. Spacious backyard for dogs. Bed was very comfortable. Outstanding communication with host. Highly recommended!

The house was as listed. The host was extremely helpful when an electronic device was left behind, going above and beyond to mail it to us. The fenced yard was very helpful for letting the dog out, especially since we were there during bad weather, and the house was next to a large grass lot, so not right up against another house. That being said, I didn't realize that it was a renovated house in an area with abandoned and derelict houses. Kitchen was mostly well stocked, I did need to use some things that I bring in my "Rental Bin" and we needed to go buy a cheese grater. There is no dishwasher, but there is a clothes washer and dryer in the basement. The beds are very soft. I was comfortable, not sure if everyone would be. Dining room table was a bit small for board games. Vinyl record player and board games a fun touch. Enjoyed walking to the falls and Frankie's Donuts. Had some great hikes in and along the gorge and a nice visit to Buffalo AKG Art Museum.
