I loved my stay at stay suites. Very clean, everything that was promised was there. No complaints. Will stay there again this summer if the availability is there.

Such a great spot in the heart of the action in Boji!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the location being right on the main street with access to some very good restaurants, The Ritz and Okoboji Store, on the lake. Very close to Arnolds Park which had a lot to offer. The Stay Properties location we were at, The Hayward, was clean and perfect for what we needed, we did not spend a lot of time there because we were out enjoying Okoboji but it had everything we needed when we were there. For being right on the main strip it was very quiet in The Hayward and we enjoyed the rooftop seating area overlooking the street watching the activity at the end of the evening! The host was great about responding back, we would stay there again!

It was just a nice, well appointed room in a good location that was very easy to rent. No complaints or issues of any sort.
