Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful florida home! This house is so sunny and cheerful to be at! We loved the big heated pool and just grilling and hanging out on the lanai. We appreciated how close this house was to all our favorite beaches while being in the quiet, peaceful, Rotonda West community. Everything we needed for our trip was already there and publix was super close to go grab our groceries. Emily was excellent with communicating and answering any questions I had! We would be very happy to stay again on our future trips!

Our recent stay at Sunnyside in Rotonda was absolutely fantastic. We’re a family of five and had an amazing time from start to finish. The house was immaculate, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and outdoor area including tv, music speaker, chars, tables, fire pit and bbq was also fantastic and really made the holiday special for our kids. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy throughout. Emily, the host, was wonderful and contacted us regularly to check that we were okay, which was really appreciated. The large garage with bikes, fishing rods, deck chairs, and a cool box was an added bonus and made our stay even better. Overall, an amazing stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This home was above and beyond what we expected. The pool and lanai were amazing. The home was well furnished with every kitchen item you need, beach towels, nice sheets, 5 lounge chairs, outdoor table and comfy furniture set. Emily was wonderful. She responded back to us quickly with detailed messages. We hope to stay there again soon.
