Our three-bedroom/two-bath beach house sits on Moody Beach, a Private Beach, between Ogunquit Beach and Wells Beach in Southern Maine.
You can walk right out of the door and onto the white fine sand of our private beach. There 4 decks. A front deck and upper decks (with lounge chairs) overlook the beach and the Atlantic Ocean from Kennebunk Port to the north and Boon Island Light House to the east to Bald Head Cliff to the south. The Upper Deck views the sunsets over the beautiful Ogunquit River to the west. The top deck views both the Ocean and the River.
Modern kitchen overlooks the beach and ocean.
The living room and the dining room have many windows viewing the Beach and Ocean.
Two bedrooms with twin beds view the Ogunquit River.
The Master Bedroom with King views beach and Ocean through 6 windows.

A wonderful experience with friends. We were able to enjoy dining at home with the well equipped kitchen… The view and the ability to walk the beach at any moment is incredibly amazing! If the wind is coming off the water head up to the deck and face the beautiful marsh for late afternoon and sunset. A very comfortable place and a great experience!

Beautiful views and a completely stocked house on Moody Beach. New appliances, cookware, flatware, etc. We only need bring clothes and food.
