Very nice location in downtown New Buffalo! The house is very cute and was incredibly clean. The hosts have lots of beach items, including a wagon, that you can use to walk to the public beach. The house is right on the Amtrak line, so the train goes by a handful of times each day, as an FYI! I also had messaged the host a few days before my stay and never got a response back, but they have automated text messages and emails that send with all of the information you’ll need for your stay! A great place if you’re looking for a getaway to New Buffalo!

Awesome place, fantastic location

house was clean. Fair bit of small damages throughout the house; this compelled me to photograph these issues as soon as we walked in the door. (broken closet doors in the master, broken wall shelves in master closet. major scuffs on the wall from bookcases and furniture).

Girls' weekend was comfortable and relaxed and in easy walking distance to the main strip. The kitchen is well-outfitted and couches and beds were good for lounging. Unfortunately, we encountered numerous issues including no water in the coach house, then just no water in that shower (which defeated the plan of us all having our own bathrooms), pilot lights out on the grill, and for almost 24 hours no hot water anywhere. That being said, in every case, the landlord company was quick to send maintenance people and provide options, and communication was prompt.
