Elevator Note: This property features a residential elevator for occasional adult use. It is not ADA-compliant and should not be relied upon by guests with mobility needs, so stairs will still be necessary to access the home. For safety, use by children or for recreational purposes is strictly prohibited.
Elevators are sensitive systems and may stop functioning due to weather events (such as flooding, power outages, or high winds), overloading, user error, or safety mechanism triggers. Repairs must be performed by licensed third-party vendors and may not be available on short notice, resulting in extended downtime.
While our team makes every effort to keep the elevator in working order, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. The presence of an elevator does not affect rental rates; therefore, no refunds, discounts, or other compensation will be provided if it becomes unavailable.
Pool Note: Please note that water temperature can vary with outdoor conditions, and during colder winter months the pool may not always reach a comfortable temperature even while the heater is working. Our team services pools regularly and will assist quickly if an issue arises, though refunds or discounts can't be offered for temporary downtime or cooler-than-expected water. For safety, children should always be supervised while using the pool.

The houses in this area are extremely close together. Some yard service started at 7:30 in the morning. These were both negatives in my opinion. On the other hand, the house was very spacious and accommodated our family of 19, teens and older adults. The elevator was a definite plus in making loading and unloading luggage and coolers. The short walk to the beach was convenient, and there was a rinse off station as we came off the beach. The kitchen was well provided as far as appliances and utensils. I did not find a griddle for making pancakes if that is important for you. The listing is correctly described. Our family enjoyed our stay.KJC

Our party of 15 enjoyed this vacation home very much! The location was great. Close to the beach, golfing, shopping, bike trails, and restaurants. Everyone enjoyed the game room, movie room, putting green, and pool! The kitchen is well equipped and the grill made cooking easy! Communication with the host was prompt and efficient. Thank you for a wonderful Spring Break vacation experience!

We had an unforgettable time celebrating Early Christmas at this beautiful beach house with our family of 13 adults! The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and had an accurate description, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was spotless when we arrived, and everything was set up perfectly for a holiday getaway. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, so we could enjoy some fresh air and beautiful views between holiday activities. The entertainment spaces were fantastic for our group, especially for the younger adults. We spent a lot of time in the spacious living areas, playing games and enjoying each other's company. The outdoor patios were also a great spot for morning coffee and enjoying the outdoors! There was more than enough room for everyone. Even with 13 of us, we never felt cramped—there was plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy the Christmas festivities without stepping on each other's toes. The only suggestion I have is that the kitchen could use a few more pots for cooking, as we had some big meals planned. However, this was a small issue in what was otherwise a wonderful experience. We would absolutely stay here again for future family get-togethers. It was a perfect spot for making holiday memories!

We had a retreat and a large group at 6 Sandy Beach Trail and enjoyed our stay at the house. It had great rooms and amenities. The property managers were very attentive to our needs and even helped us coordinate prior to our arrival. There was a broken lounge chair by the pool and we let them know and it was just replaced the next day, we didn't even see them come and change it out. There were some ripped blinds in one of the rooms and they sent someone to measure for replacement, I'm sure they are replaced by now. As I said very attentive. Thank you for all your support during our stay.
