Enjoy the courtyard outdoor pool and the beautiful, year-round heated indoor pool, directly in front of the condo and steps from your front door. The fitness center is located in the indoor pool building as well. Several oceanside grilling areas are scattered throughout the spacious grounds. The Emerald Isle Bike Path is located right at the entrance to the community for a quick bike ride to town or a few minute walk to restaurants, the ice cream and candy shop, water park, grocery stores, and mini-golf!
This newly renovated top to bottom, 2 bedroom 2 bath, second floor condo has an open floor plan and many updates! The main bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a queen bed and a twin daybed. A spiral staircase leads you up to the second bedroom loft with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, a full bed and a full attached bath. See the stars at night through the skylight in this bedroom!
The family room has vaulted ceilings, a variety of games for family fun, books for beach reading and double slider doors to your large private balcony. Relax on the balcony with your morning coffee and views of the beautiful pool and serene courtyard.
The fully equipped, updated kitchen has granite countertops, peninsula seating, a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups and every gadget you could need for enjoying a great meal! Ceiling fans and smart TVs are in every room for your convenience. A washer and dryer is included for your use as well.

The condo was easy to get to, right off the main strip, clean, full of amenities, and overall a great time!This would be a perfect place for families with kids who were great with a separated living space up in the loft, or even a group of friends or 2 couples. The stairs are a bit tight leading into the condo, and the spiral staircase to the loft is also a bit tight… but none of us had any trouble. Just something for potential renters to be reminded of.The owners were very quick to respond, and even had a website with instructions, places to go around there, and amenity areas all laid out for us. We did let them know that a couple of the outdoor/beach items had been damaged by previous tenants, and they said they are going to replace them soon.Check-in/out was easy, very low maintenance compared to other places we’ve stayed. Dumpsters are close, and cleaning supplies were available in the condo. There are also a great selection of pots and pans, and even a counter-top ice machine to supplement the freezer. Very very very many great little touches in this place. Made us feel like home.Also, when they say that the HOA is strict about the parking pass being visible 24/7, they mean it.Overall, we would absolutely come back and stay here! Would recommend!

Very nice condo. Owner was very helpful. Comfortable and clean. Very nice location. Short walk to beach. Nice porch to relax on. Just make sure to wipe the chairs down before sitting.

Really nicely decorated condo in a quiet complex. Our unit overlooked one of two pools available to use. There is an indoor pool and fitness room with some pretty nice equipment. Short walk to a boardwalk that took you right to the beach. Comfortable beach chairs were provided as well as lots of beach towels. There was also a covered gazebo to just sit and watch the waves and dolphins. The unit is on the second floor so be aware, you will be climbing up and down the steps whenever you go out. We enjoyed visiting a different restaurant every nite of which there were many. We had a great stay!
