Maui Vista is one of the most centrally located condo complexes in Kihei and only a 25 minute drive from the airport. We are within walking distance of shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Across the street is Charlie Young Beach where you can view the most magnificent sunrises and sunsets you'll ever see. Wailea is just 5 minutes away and Paia, known for it's old town charm, many trendy restaurants and shops including beautiful beaches just a short walk or drive away.
The health and safety of our guests, homeowners, and employees is our number one priority. Our vacation rentals minimize person-to-person contact with private amenities and entry via lockboxes. After each reservation, our condos are sanitized and disinfected with expert cleaning in line with current CDC guidelines.
Our condo is a comfortable air-conditioned (in both the bedroom and living room) one-bedroom, one-bath that sleeps 4 utilizing a newly installed cabinet bed rather than a sofa-bed for the best comfort experience. As a ground floor unit we have an extra large Lanai with views of the garden and the swimming pool (one of three) is only steps away. Charlie Young Beach, also known as Kamaole I is a short walk across the street.
This NON-SMOKING vacation condominium is located a few steps from the pool on ground level in Building Two. For your total comfort, we have air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (on 4-hour timers) two ceiling fans and a floor fan to keep you comfortable.
We wanted to create a home away from home in that you will have all of the essentials you will need for your stay. Some of the comforts and furnishings of home that you will find in our condo for either short or extended stays include:
• Fully equipped kitchen—stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances (Keurig coffee maker regular coffee maker, french press, toaster, blender, rice cooker), dishes, cookware, BBQ utensils, etc..
Iron & ironing board.
• Luxurious and comfortable CAL KING-SIZE bed w/ bedroom A/C
• Queen size cabinet bed that doubles as an eating space w/ a drop down countertop
• Spacious lanai with table/chairs and a comfortable lounger
• Washer and dryer inside unit
• FREE Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi)
• FREE parking at Maui Vista
• Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, collapsable beach table, boogie boards, kids toys, and beach canopy, collapsible coolers...etc..
• Pack-n-play.
We even supply a beach wagon to manage your beach gear effortlessly (a must if you are also juggling children!) Charlie Young Beach is one of the most gorgeous white sand beaches in Maui and known as one of the best. It is common to see Sea Turtles swimming close to the shore and Whales in the distance during whale season.

There is so much to do and see just within walking distance. You won't be disappointed!

Host was super responsive and provided timely communication. Appreciated having the beach chairs and boogie boards for use. Location was pretty convenient to a lot of stuff.

Clean, host was very accommodating to requests, used the beach and pool daily. Only drawback was the couch was uncomfortable.

The location is perfect and the unit itself had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves on the island(the beach chairs, coolers, tons of dishes in the kitchen). All made out stay even better. We came just after the big storm and it was windy so we were at the pool for more than we normally would have been. Loved that it was right behind our unit and being on the ground floor gave us easy access. Would definitely stay here again.

I gave this property 3 stars for a few reasons. Although the condo appeared to be surfaced cleaned, there was visible built-up dirt on the walls, door jambs, and around door handles from long-term use and dirty handprints. The bottom of the bathtub was dirty and needed scrubbing with an abrasive cleaner due to visible grime from foot traffic.The bath mats were extremely thin, worn, and did not appear freshly laundered, so we did not use them and instead used towels. The bed was only fair, and the fitted sheet did not fit properly, coming loose from the mattress every night. The bedding, pillows, towels, and face cloths are all overdue for replacement.The air conditioning unit was sealed with cardboard, which looks like a long-standing temporary fix rather than a recent repair, as cobwebs were present. The dryer venting also needs attention — after running a wash, the condo became very hot and humid which the AC could not keep up with. The kitchen was well equipped and was the strongest feature of the unit. The location is excellent, and the Maui Vista grounds and pool area are very well maintained. Unfortunately, while this unit may once have been a good rental, it now feels neglected and in need of basic maintenance and updating.
