Wonderful studio apartment in downtown Burlington.
Cozy, bright and clean. This apartment has just been remodeled with a brand new kitchen and bath. Located 2 blocks from Church Street, with off street parking and keyless entry. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Great walking access to downtown.

This apartment is located in a neighborhood where a lot of students live, which was very convenient for me because I was helping to move my son into an apartment nearby. It was very nice to have off-street parking. The building is old and the steps up to the front door need work. As I went up the interior stairs, which are dark, I wondered if I had made a mistake, but the studio was comfortable, bright and clean. I was only there for one night so didn't use the kitchen but I could have cooked a meal there. The bed was very comfortable. Another nice thing is that it is within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping, including Church Street. I will definitely book this apartment again when I visit my son.
