The house was nice the ¹the yard could use some work was very over grown weeds cover parts of the deck.

We loved this location! This was our first trip to Florida and we wanted to be close to where we could swim with the manatees. We wanted to be on the water, but not on a canal (still, dark water) and not where houses are practically on top of each other. This property is on a beautiful lake, on a quiet road, and houses are not squished together. When home, we spent much of our time on the huge deck feeling the breeze and listening to, and watching, a multitude of birds.The house is a bit older and worn, so if you like things shiny and new this may not be your best bet. But everything was serviceable (and we could tell that the owner has worked on sprucing up the place - the falls and flooring were clean and nice, the kitchen had newer appliances and cabinets). While there I had a couple questions, and we had a couple small things need attention, and the property manager was absolutely speedy in her replies and responses.Although an older property, I feel the price is great for it's location, view, and beautiful bird calls and sightings.

We had the most kind and welcoming host anyone could hope for. The house was clean and tidy. The views are out of this world. Especially the sunsets. The outdoor section area was very roomy. If I could give it more stars i would. You will be pleased if you book this gem.

Spider webs need to be pressure washed from the exterior of the house, bunk bed securements missing and loose, bedding dirty, dining room chairs broken, outside trash can full, upstairs hand-railing cables unsecured and missing, and patio furniture dirty.
