▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation. Designated smoking areas are 10 feet away from the entrance.

Ideal location on the edge of West End/Foggy Bottom and Georgetown. Host was extremely communicative and helpful. Apartment was very quiet, safe and clean. The layout is ideal for families - our son had his own separate space/bedroom in the basement and we had our space and family shared space upstairs in the living room and master bedroom. There was a full kitchen to prepare meals and snacks. Centrally located and able to walk to most attractions, including the Mall quite easily. We would highly recommend this property.
