A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Come and discover this spacious and bright 55 m2 apartment located just opposite the main beach of Pouldu, the Grands Sables beach. From the living room, the view is breathtaking of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of Groix. The beautiful common terrace on the ground floor offers a plus for enjoying an aperitif at sunset. Period building (CASTEL TREAZ's residence is historic) and renovated apartment with sea view and garden at the back, it is the ideal place to spend a great holiday in Brittany.

We (2 adults, 1 child) had a lovely vacation here. First, it helps that Le Pouldu is a lively, community-oriented place that has a lot going on, including markets, surf school, restaurants, activities, etc.
But the apartment is lovely too. It's elegantly decorated but livable (not IKEA or typical rental), has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the kitchen is really well-stocked including some basics for the first day of cooking, there is good internet and working washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Parking is also available and easy to deal with. Neighbours are friendly and welcoming. Communication was clear throughout, but mostly it wasn't necessary because things were self-explanatory. The spaciousness makes the holiday more comfortable, because you don't *have* to go somewhere to relax. A nice bar and an excellent bakery are about 30 seconds walk away. Small beach right in front -- two other, better beaches within 10-15 min walking distance.
A number of commenters have mentioned that the apartment looks better in person than in the photos: this is correct. It's really nice.
