10 min walk to downtown and Amtrak/commuter rail station.
Private en-suite bathroom, washer/dryer, fast wifi, and 2 beds (1 queen, 1 twin) that can sleep up to 3 guests.
Lovely view of courtyard and Rhode Island State House from the juliet balcony in the apartment.
65" inch high definition TV, with Netflix and other streaming video apps.

It was our second time staying here while in town visiting family. It was large enough for 2 humans and 1 dog for a few nights. Lovely to be able to walk around the neighborhood. Jean was very responsive when we had a question.

Very convenient no frills spot to stay in Providence

We were in town for a conference and the location was great. Easy walking distance to the convention center and restaurants as well as parks to take our two dogs to for a romp. The hosts were very attentive and checked in regularly. The place is beautiful and private. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Providence.
