For shared use: beautiful garden, natural garden, swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 100 - 175 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-20:00). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower. In the house: sun terrace, air conditioning. Supermarket 639 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "Burriana" 1.3 km.
