This spacious unit overlooks the nature preserve and is professionally decorated with high-end furniture in a modern decor with a tropical touch. Conveniently close to the outstanding tropical clubhouse which offers a heated swimming pool, spa, tennis court, basketball and a professionally equipped fitness center. At Tortuga you will find everything you need for a perfect vacation.
The condo
Featuring two bedrooms and a den, the master suite has two walk-in closets, dual sinks, and a private water closet. Open floor plan from Kitchen to great room separate kitchen nook, breakfast bar, and dining room. The open floor plan has, 1616 sq/ft of living space with vaulted ceilings which makes it feel exceptionally spacious and inviting. There are ceramic tiles throughout the main living area, kitchen and bathrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, abundant raised panel cabinets and a pantry. The living room offers entertainment with a 60'' flat screen HDTV and a stereo with a Blu-ray DVD player. There is also a 50'' flat screen HDTV in the den and a 37'' in the master bedroom. Free Wi-Fi is available in the unit. There is a full wall of sliding glass doors that open up to the covered and screened lanai that overlooks the Nature Preserve. The lanai is a peaceful and relaxing place to enjoy your morning coffee and relax at the end of the day.
Outside, there are two parking spaces (one with a car port).

This beautifully decorated apartment is as advertised. The owner Marcel was always available and responded to questions quickly. * Easy gated community access with key fob, and keyless entry into the unit.* Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of utensils and dishes, both a regular and a K-cup coffee maker. * Televisions in den, bedroom, and living area.* Very fast internet access.* Walk in shower with lots of water pressure.* Washer and dryer worked well.* Beach chairs and umbrella.The place was very clean when we arrived, and is in fact only minutes from Fort Myers Beach or the islands causeway.Highly recommended.

I stayed at this location Jan - Feb 2025. The place is fantastic! I'm pretty picky and always nervous when I rent a place. Will it be what was advertised? In this case, 100%!The unit is incredibly clean and very well maintained. The furniture is high quality. The AC works great. The kitchen is stocked with almost everything you'll need, all the way down to an entire cupboard filled with tupperware for food storage. There are more pots and pans than you'll be able to use. The until was also well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, etc.To give you an example of how well the unit is maintained, the owners have coasters displayed on every flat surface! I work remotely so the office nook made it all possible with a nice desk and chair. I should point out that it's a "nook" and not a full office, meaning there isn't a door to close off the room. So if you have multiple people in the unit and need to have a quiet office for virtual meetings, you'll need to take that into consideration. Everyone in the community is very nice and welcoming. The community is also gated and very safe.Great location close to the beaches and restaurants but just far enough away from some of the higher traffic areas.Marcel was very responsive.I 100% recommend this unit and would definitely rent here again.

This has been an outstanding home for my wife and I to spend three months this winter. The condo was very nice, very clean and very well decorated. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The neighbors and other residents that we met in this community were very friendly and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as some of the community happy hours. We also found this to be a great location to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Lakes Park. We highly recommend this home and would happily rent again.
