This funky 1 bed studio is located in front of the Bondi beach, within 150 meters. Proximal to airy environment, this studio stands close to restaurants, bar, café, beautiful beach, Sam Fiszman Park, etc.
This room accommodates with complete kitchen stuff, basic facilities, clean bathroom and high-quality linen and towel. Bondi beach is the best area for holiday trip or staycation with your couple or friends.

+ Fresh and high-quality linen and towels

+ Fresh and airy environment
※ Don't have lift, must climb stairs, our unit on 2nd floor
※ Washer, dryer, clothes-drying Rack is in the public area (A$2 per wash, $2 per dry)
※ We do request the security deposit before your arrival A$350
※ We only provide check in details AFTER the security deposit has been paid.
※ Standard Setting: 1x Queen size bed for 2 guests
※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour.
※ Attention, Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager.
※ Booking changes and other options
The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.
- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.
- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.
- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.
- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied
- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived

Conditions for rebooking:
1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the rebooking.
2) The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days and is subject to availability. Please contact us to check calendar availability.
- Check in time is 3 pm, check out time is 10 am.
- As this is a residential building, we kindly ask you to please keep loud noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Parties and the use of illegal substances are prohibited
- Please note this is a non-smoking home
- Pets are not permitted
- We kindly ask that no shoes are worn on the carpet
- We kindly ask there to be no jumping on the bed or sofa
- Please enter and leave the home quietly, we respect our neighbours and want everyone to have a comfortable living environment.
- If furniture is moved, please return to the original place
- Please respect the check-out time and if late check-out is required, please advise us at the time of booking. Please note if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply
-Please take the property key and fob with you at all times. Lost Key/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from AU$180.
-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.

It was very good. I did write a note to recommend they not put scent sticks( incense?) in the apartment. We put them in a plastic bag and tied it up but the smell was still strong after 2 days with windows open. Some people are sensitive to scents so I would suggest to VRBO to have a rule that the rentals should be scent free. We stayed twice so after the first visit I wrote the note to please not have it there when we returned but it was there again. Perhaps the cleaning staff were different….I should have messaged the host.
Bed was comfy and it was clean and bright. Good location .
