One-bedroom apartment on the first floor of an apartment building. It’s perfect for active vacationers. Hikes and bike rides in the surrounding mountains can be started right from your front door. An outdoor swimming pool is located in the immediate vicinity. In winter, several ski and tobogganing areas are within about 20–40 minutes’ reach. It is conveniently located between Rosenheim and Kufstein and is accessible via the highway. Munich and Salzburg are about 1 hour away.
The apartment is located in a newly built apartment building that meets the KfW 40 Plus standard. In the summer, the underfloor heating can be used to cool the rooms by about 3 degrees. The south-facing terrace offers enough space for breakfast outdoors. The apartment features a 1.80-meter-wide bed and a sofa that can be converted into a sleeper sofa. Towels and bed linens are provided.

The highlight is the hot tub in the garden, which is heated to a cozy 38 degrees via an air-source heat pump. On very cold winter days, the hot tub can also be heated with wood, which we provide. The hot tub is equipped with water massage jets, and at night, the LED lighting illuminates the water in various colors. A variety of spa scents promote wonderful relaxation and let you unwind.
