Settle back on modernist furniture amid the colorful, spacious living environment of this tastefully designed home. Catch a favorite movie on the extra-large TV with Sonos surround sound. Or maybe cook up something tasty in the gourmet kitchen. This townhouse in the hills of East Nashville would be equally comfortable on the streets of San Francisco. Modern architecture and professional design combine to create an interesting, welcoming, and colorful space.

Tall ceilings on the first floor and an open floor plan where the living room, dining room and kitchen flow together help create an inviting gathering space to socialize.

Relax in the master en suite and treat yourself to the Tempur-Pedic king bed, soaking tub, and oversized walk in shower. Enjoy a morning coffee or an evening wine on you private balcony. Our home comfortably sleeps 12 at two per bed (2-kings, 4-queens) in the four bedrooms. The back bedroom (which we call the mini-master) has a mini-refrigerator and microwave and opens onto the upstairs deck for entertaining or simply chilling out.

East Nashville is famous for being the place where yet-to-be famous musicians and actors live. It's also favored by young professionals, artists, and hipsters. Plus it's easily walkable, with many attractive restaurants and bars in Five Points.

A main commuter bus route into downtown Nashville is just a block away on Shelby Avenue. We have plenty of on-street parking (and some off-street parking may be available upon request).
