Living Room: Historical character throughout with a comfortable sectional couch and additonal seating, original detailed woodwork and moldings, original doors, ceiling details, and modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with a convenient bar/counter, stylish bar stools, and a combination Keurig pod/pot coffee machine. All necessities, including small electronic gadgets, are provided.

Bathrooms: Two elegant bathrooms, equipped with marble and tile showers, handheld shower facilities, glass shower doors, custom vanities, and vessel sinks.

Step out onto a private back porch, furnished with an outdoor table, chairs, and an umbrella, ideal for relaxing over an early morning coffee or a glass of wine.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. - Only Small Pets under 25 pounds (maximum of 2) allowed with prior written approval ($200 non-refundable fee per pet).Must have authorization prior to reservation. Must be leashed at all times while outside.
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM – Be respectful of neighbors.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
- Guests must follow trash disposal instructions provided by the host.
- Please return all items and furniture to their original locations.
