Located MINUTES FROM DISNEY it features a beautiful clean spacious living room with access to your very own private pool. With a fully equipped kitchen and a large central island has everything you need for at home dining. You can also enjoy a great relaxing day at the community pool and lazy river just a short walk away. This is not a regular townhouse but a vacation destination close to all Orlando has to offer where you can kick back, relax and enjoy your stay. I am not going to bore you with in depth features of the house, just know that it is always clean, always cozy, always functioning, and has everything you need.
• Pool heat is an optional amenity. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of US$25. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 70 - 80ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.
• TV/INTERNET/SATELLITE: No refund shall be given for number of devices, outages, content, or lack of content or personal preferences with regard to cable/internet/satellite service. Services are provided as a convenience only, and are not integral to the rental agreement. No refund shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to service.
• AIR CONDITIONING: We set A/C temperatures between 72ºF-78ºF and set to Auto/Cool position. Any lower setting will cause the A/C unit to freeze up, resulting in considerable damage to the unit - SUBJECT TO PENALTY.
• There are two assigned parking spaces in front of the house. Please follow community parking rules to avoid your car being towed.

• Disney (11 miles), Sea World (17 miles)
• Universal (20 miles), and so much more

This is a very beautiful house. The upstairs king bed was extremely comfortable. Very easy to check in and out. The owner was extremely accommodating and responded to messages very quickly.

The host was reliable and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay. The community amenities were a highlight; the pool was a lot of fun, especially with the slide for the kids and the mini lazy river.The apartment was spacious, featuring four bedrooms and large bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals.I would recommend bringing your own toiletries, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, and extra towels for added convenience.Overall, it’s a beautiful property in a great area. I even took my baby shower photos both inside and outside the apartment because the setting was so lovely. I would definitely recommend staying here!

4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms was a plus! The private pool was nice to have and the outdoor restroom. The host was very nice and quick to respond to questions- we needed our names to be added for the parking pass. We were disappointed with the club house pool- they had limited access to things such as the lazy river and hot tub- seemed like a staff issue - not the hosts fault, just something to consider. Overall this was a great place to stay especially the price! Would recommend and will :)

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. The host is very communicative. I give it a 3.5 out of 5. The reasons I wouldn't give it a 5 are all easily fixable. Upgrades are needed. The TVs, iron and ironing board, internet access and kids toilet seat all need to be upgraded. Kids couldnt effectively watch TV bc the movies, shoes would begin to buffer every 5 mins. It made watching something virtually impossible. This occurred on the living room tv and main bedroom TV. (Main bedroom TV couldnt find the wifi signal. Whole tv need as to be replaced. The iron board is 2 ft tall and deeply stained. The iron ruined one of my shirt bc it spat out rusty water while trying to use it. The kids bathroom toilet seat was cracked upon arrival...which is dangerous.(This is 15-20 at walmart/Amazon).The.properry looked clean but I do have to admit that I had to buy bug spray for all the ants in the kitchen. Ants were in the coffee machine, utensils drawers and counter top. It was also what appeared to be a roach by the front door when we arrived. Thankfully I killed it and that was the only one I saw during our stay. Living room furniture looks bad! Needs to be replaced. Faux leather peeling badly. Lastly, the linen needs to be updated. The property claims to be able to house up to 8, but only provided one wash cloth per bathroom. There was a total of 4 wash cloths for my family of 7. Towels are thin and need to be replaced.
