The property was clean, light & airy. The location was great. The beds were comfortable although, in my opinion, one of the the two singles in the second bedroom was more suitable for children than adults. Overall the property was well equipped apart from the lack of a tea towel. The separate bathroom would benefit from a non-slip mat in the bath for taking showers.

I'd just like to publicly thank Sharen for being so accommodating and understanding when our arrangements kept changing for our trip to Kent. Sharen was always prompt and courteous in our communications.

Spacious property, furniture and beds very basic, 4 staying and and only one bedroom made up with no bedding to make up double room. Location very good.
