This 5 bedroom, 2 king bed, and 2 story monochrome stylist place is visually appealing and sophisticated make this home interesting and engaging. It is centrally located in the Entertainment District of the city of Arlington, TX. WALKING distance to AT&T Stadium, TX Rangers Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, Texas Live and restaurants! It's definitely an ideal place to host you, your family/friends & to create memorable fun times in this charming home.
The Space:
This house is perfectly suited for your upcoming stay! Open, bright, 5 bedroom with TV in all bedroom. The 2 bathroom with one bathroom in the hallway downstairs and one bathroom in the hallway upstairs. One extra room includes game room and laundry room. Comfortably sleeps 12 having 2 bedroom with king bed, 2 bedroom with queen bed and 1 twin, and one bedroom with queen bed.
-Wonderful open concept home layout from kitchen to the dinning room and living room.
-There is a laundry room with washer and dryer if you need to get some laundry done during your stay.
House Rules:
NO Early check-in or late check-out.
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Check out : 11:00 AM
-If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
Unauthorized late check out will be charged the full security deposit, plus addition charge if result in canceling of incoming guests.
-No smoking allowed. (of any kind)
-No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
-No events or parties. Additional day guests are $40/person/day
-Parking on the driveway only
-PETS are NOT allowed on this property. Guest will be charged the full deposit in the event of bringing pets to the property, regardless of any damages.
-Any damages to the home from guests will be charged to the value of the items. The amount may exceed the deposit amount.
-The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay.
-NO candles burning or fire pit on the property as we don’t currently have safety regulation in place.
-Our property is not set up for infants and not child proof however children are very welcomed in our home with parent's direct supervision at all time. Please bring necessarily gears for your infants if needed.
-Please no shoes on beds or furniture. Children under 6 year old are not allowed to be on the top bunk bed.
-The renters should always safeguard their own valuables including jewelry and money. The owners will not be responsible for loss of the renter’s valuables kept inside the house.
-Owners/hosts bear NO responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that you may sustain within or during your stay, NOR damaged personal belongings or vehicles.
-The renters agree to take care of their own, their kids and their guests’ safety while in the property, and will indemnify and hold the owners harmless from any and all claims for any injury or damage due to carelessness of the renters, their kids or their guests.
-Guests will compensate the host for any broken, damaged, missing, lost, or stolen items at time of checkout.
-NO daily maid service: while linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the houses. Inclusive fees – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup.
-Minimum age requirement is 25
-Trash bin is located in the backyard. For stays longer than 3 days, trash and recycles pickup days are on Wednesday and Saturday (trash pick up only) and should only be taken out after 7 PM the evening prior.

Title: Perfect location for an Arlington getaway!My group and I recently stayed at the Illumination Home for a quick one-night trip, and it was a fantastic choice. The location is truly unbeatable—being within walking distance to AT&T Stadium made our plans incredibly easy and stress-free.The home comfortably accommodated our group of six, and the space was clean and well-maintained. Communication with TQH was smooth and responsive throughout the stay, which made checking in and out a breeze. If you are looking for a convenient, comfortable spot right in the heart of the action in Arlington, I highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was comfortable and super close to both stadiums. There is a Wal-mart right across the street from the Cowboys stadium which we visited a couple of times. If your primary visit is for baseball, football or going to the amusement park, this house is located in a perfect spot.

Overall the property was a great. There was enough room for all of us to stay comfortably. The property was well maintained other than a few cleaning issues and leftover party favors from the previous guests. There were a few damages to the property that were not caused by us and were there upon our arrival. Other than that we would love to come back and stay again. This property was centrally located to everything that we wanted to do and see while in Texas.
