Hello and welcome to our home!

We are delighted that you have chosen our apartment for your stay.

Before we settle you in and make you feel at ease, we'd like to introduce you to the rules and regulations of this furnished holiday home. Understanding and respecting them will help everyone have a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Careful reading of the house rules guarantees that your deposit will not be reduced on departure.

Treat this apartment with the same respect as your own. We've gone to great lengths to make it a pleasant space for you to enjoy.

Please keep the apartment clean and tidy throughout your stay - it will make your departure much easier! And don't forget the dishes!

Accidental damage can happen. Please let us know immediately.

We hope you have lots of laughs and fun on your vacation! However, out of respect for the neighbors and the condominium, we would be grateful if you could limit the noise.

Please make sure you read and understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so that we can explain in more detail to avoid any misunderstandings.

We wish you lots of fun! This is your vacation period and we hope you make the most of our apartment, its facilities and the opportunity to relax and visit the surrounding area.
