* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*No grills on property.

*Washer/dryer is in the unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Keurig and drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.



***PLEASE NOTE: BUILDING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT



The building is currently undergoing a scheduled exterior renovation and maintenance project. Work is being completed in phases throughout the property and is expected to continue through approximately April 2027.



Construction hours are Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Depending on the phase of the project during your stay, guests may experience construction noise, including the use of power tools, jackhammers and power chisels. Work may also include power washing, painting, breezeway repairs, door replacement and balcony work.



The project is being managed by the HOA/building association and the location and timing of work are subject to change. We do not control the construction schedule.



If we receive notice that work will directly impact access to the unit or balcony during your reservation, we will provide that information as it becomes available.



By booking, guests acknowledge that construction activity and associated daytime noise may occur during their stay.***

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

Family friendly Main Street is just 5 minutes down Ocean Boulevard and is the perfect place to spend many an afternoon and evening. From ice cream shops to carnival rides in season to live music, there is something for everyone. Cool off with a cold drink and enjoy some local seafood, this part of Myrtle Beach has it all! Even better, other area attractions such as Barefoot Landing and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Broadway to the Beach are all just a few minutes away

This is a wonderful area centrally located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach and close to all of the Myrtle attractions. Trust us when we say this is the place you have been waiting for!



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT: CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.



For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



House Rules



Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
