FEATURES: 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a third twin trundle that slides out. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway with a shower-tub and a separate jacuzzi tub.
NOTE: No Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. In the summer, opening a balcony door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise.

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

1. Travelled to site from San Diego with wife and three grandchildren.2. Arrived to find elevator not working!3. Called Vail Mgmt office and 24/7 number twice and got no phone call back.4. After hauling all the luggage up the stairs, and nearly passing out, I find out there's no A/C and it's 80 deg in the condo. I was very upset. You need to let people know about equipment failures. I don't like surprises. A return phone call would have been great too. Not a good way to treat a guest.5. Other than this, the stay went ahead with no more surprises.
