Location. It is a lovely 900m odd walk through forest by Deep Creek to the beach. The beach is long and offlead for dogs. So the fact that the house is pet friendly is great. House is well set up in terms of saucepans, cutlery, crockery etc. It has 3 good size bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. Access was simple and easy. Communication was good and prompt.

The property was in good condition. (the seat on the upstairs toilet was loose).Just a couple of things would have improved our stay - we would have liked a broom to sweep the balcony, and the brush on the stick vac didn't rotate and didn't vacuum well.the location was perfect.

This place was perfect for our family! Enough space for all of us and felt like home. It felt new and modern and very clean inside. The only thing I would mention however we didn’t need to use was the outdoor space. If we were to use it it would have been nice to see that area cleaned too as it would have been quite dirty to walk on bare foot (kitchen upstairs leads out to alfresco dining). However would definitely consider booking again when in Torquay next

Modern, clean, well appointed in a quiet street. We enjoyed our stay and dinner at one of the local restaurants.
